Where is God when it hurts?

Read this first:

He Knows My Name
I have a Maker,      He Formed    my heart
Before even time began my life was in    His hands

He knows my name
He knows my every thought

He sees each tear that falls and hears me when I call

I have a father, He calls me his own

He'll never leave me, no matter where I go

He knows your name

He knows your every thought

He sees all those tears that fall

And He'll hear you when you call

These lines from this song by Tommy Walker is a doubt for many people. That group of people may include you. Does God really know what is happening to me? If God loves me and he knows what my situation is, then why am I still like this? My answer to the two previous questions is

(1) Yes, God knows what is happening to you. He knows everything. See Ps. 139

(2) God loves you, yes. See John 3:16. John 3:16 is a manifestation of God’s character of love. It is also said in the Bible that God is love. Now why are you still in that situation? It seems to you that God doesn’t care? Perhaps your senses are dull at this moment. Keep on praying to God. Earnest and heartfelt prayers, humble and broken hearts, and a God-yielding decision will help. Keep on asking God in the said manner. Your situation may not change NOW but I am sure; yes, I am sure that GOD WILL HELP YOU if you continue to have earnest and heartfelt prayers, a humble and broken heart, and a God-yielding decision - a decision to live for God with his help.
